Hi there! I don't usually post on Sunday, but I had to share a birthday card I made for my daughter who is a die-hard WHOvian.

I printed Van Gogh's Starry Night on my color printer and layered it on Recollections cardstock. The stamp is from Viva Las Vegas Plate 925 which is a whole sheet of unmounted rubber stamps with a Doctor Who theme. I stamped the TARDIS on Neenah Solar White cardstock and colored the it with B69 (which is the perfect color). I used the Florescent Copic colors FYR1 FY1FB2 FBG2 to color the reflections in the window.
ON THE OUTSIDE:
"Call the Doctor ..." (stamped on twill ribbon)
ON THE INSIDE:
"C**** just time shifted from 21 to 22!"
I stamped a large bow tie (because bow ties are cool) and wrote Happy Birthday, Sweetie! underneath. After my family signed it, I added a few more signatures:
* Happy Birthday from me and "Alien Boy" ~ Donna N.
* I've made you a souffle. ~ Clara
* Hello from over the POND ~ Amelia
* Put on a Happy Face ~ Bo
* Greetings from Sontar ~ Strax
* You bring the music, I'll bring the beating drums. ~ the Master
ON THE BACK:
(because my daughter ALWAYS looks at the back of cards)
I stamped the weeping Statue of Liberty and Don't Blink in Versamark and embossed it with WOW! embossing powder in Verdigris.
Seeing her reaction when she flipped that card over was priceless!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
